Setting Up Notifications for Surveys
You might wonder how to check if you've received survey responses or not. Typically, people manually check for responses, but Walla aims to maximize efficiency by offering automation for actions when responses are received. Today, I'll explain how you can set up this automation.
Where to check:
You can find the Integration feature at the bottom of the Walla → Share menu. Walla has integrated with Zapier, allowing connections to over 5,000 services. Once you're in Zapier, you can explore a wide range of functions beyond what you see here.

How to connect:
While the connection process may vary slightly depending on the function, I'll provide an example to help those who may find the integration challenging. Let's assume you want to receive Gmail notifications whenever you receive a new Walla Form submission. In this case, you would click on "Send Gmail emails for new Walla Form submissions" in the Integration section.

Once you click on this, you'll see a screen like this:
If you already have a Zapier account, click "Log in" in the upper right corner to sign in. If you don't have an account, you can sign up on this screen.
After signing in or registering, you'll see a screen like the one below:

Think of this as changing exclamation marks to checkmarks for each item. For example, in the screenshot below, there's an exclamation mark next to "Account," so you should proceed with "Sign in."

The Trigger section asks you which project you want to apply automation to. Select the relevant project.

Once all the conditions for Walla are met, you'll see the "Test your trigger" button. This is where you test if Walla and Zapier are connecting successfully.

Click the "Test trigger" button, and you'll move on to the Gmail section. Here, just like before, think of changing exclamation marks to checkmarks as you configure the settings.

After granting Zapier access to your Google account, you can perform the test trigger you attempted earlier.

Once all tests are completed, click "Publish," and your notifications will be set up!

In reality, I've provided a lengthy explanation, but Zapier is user-friendly, and you can solve tasks step by step by simply clicking the blue buttons. Just take it one step at a time, and you'll find that connecting is not as difficult as it may seem. Zapier makes things easy!
