1. Subscription Cancellation (Auto-Renewal Off)

You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our Support Team. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period, and your subscription will not automatically renew.

2. Refund Policy

• Monthly Plans: Monthly subscription fees are strictly non-refundable. If you cancel your monthly plan, you can use the Service for the remainder of the billed month, but no pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused days.

• Annual Plans:

  • Within 14 Days: You are eligible for a full refund with no penalties if you request cancellation within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase.

  • After 14 Days: Annual plans are non-refundable after fourteen (14) days from the purchase date. Your plan will remain active until the end of the 12-month commitment period and will not renew.

3. Price and Membership Changes

Paprika Data Lab Inc. reserves the right to adjust service fees and membership tiers. We will provide a prior notice via email or website announcements before any pricing changes take effect. If you do not wish to accept the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
