💡 What’s new in Walla 2.0

Smarter automations

Now you can trigger actions automatically based on responses.
For example, send an email when a certain keyword or condition appears in a response.
Beyond simple notifications, you can build multiple automation workflows within a single project.

“Multiple fields” are now “Field Groups”

Group related questions together and manage them as one unit.
You can even set logic by group to keep your survey cleaner and easier to manage.

Fully customizable button labels

Hide or rename the OK button shown between questions.
You can also customize the “Submit” button text to match your survey tone.

Logic for multiple-choice questions

Now, even multiple-choice items can control the next step based on selected options.
Enjoy a more precise and dynamic survey flow.

Safer Google Sheets integration

You can now connect directly with your personal Google Drive account.
Keep your response data secure — without worrying about shared ownership.

⚠️ Important updates

If you use Zapier, Google Sheets, or link customization, you’ll need to reconnect them.
Previous integrations will no longer work with the new version.

Please back up your Google Sheets data by December 31, 2025.
After that date, existing data will be permanently deleted.

Custom link formats have changed:

• Previous: walla.my/[formname]

• New: walla.my/a/[formname]
  Old links will continue to work until December 31, 2025, after which they must be updated.

Features being phased out

Email notifications (discontinued)

The previous feature that sent emails upon submission is no longer supported.
Instead, use Walla Automations or Zapier to set up smart notifications.
