Cancellation of Subscription
Members can cancel their subscription at any time through customer service or the website. Upon cancellation, the service can be used until the end of the current billing cycle, and the account will automatically be terminated at the end of the billing cycle. If a cancellation request is made immediately, the service will be terminated right away.
Refund Policy
If 24 hours pass without a cancellation request after payment, it is considered that the plan has been used.
In the case of a refund, even for annual payments, it will be calculated based on the monthly subscription amount. Depending on the timing of the refund, there may be no refund amount.
For annual payments, if canceled within 14 days of payment, a full refund will be issued without penalty; however, if canceled after 14 days, the following amounts will be charged as penalties:
1) Restoration amount for the monthly subscription fee for the period used
2) 10% of the annual commitment amount
Cancellation by Plan Subscription
Monthly Plan
The service is available until the month paid, and will automatically stop at the end of the billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for that month even if it has not been used.
Annual Plan
A full refund can be issued without penalty if canceled before 14 days after payment.
If more than 14 days have passed since payment, the penalty and the total amount (restoration amount for the monthly subscription fee) will be divided by 12 months, and refunds will be processed for the unused months. Any month that has been used, even for a day, will be excluded from the refund.
Changes to Service Fees and Membership
Paprika Data Lab Inc. may change service fees and membership, and will notify members in advance via email or website announcement regarding the timing and content of changes. If members do not agree to the changes, they may cancel the subscription.
