Smarter Screening with the Disqualification Field 💡

May 4, 2024

We’ve added powerful new features to help you better manage who can respond to your form.

  • Disqualification Field
Prevent respondents from continuing the form based on their answers.
You can set logic conditions that determine when a user should be disqualified.

Example: In a survey targeting people in their 20s, if someone selects an age group outside that range, you can show a message like:
"You're not eligible to participate in this survey."

You can also use this to create lightweight assessments like MBTI, where each respondent sees a personalized result at the end.

  • Schedule Start & End Time for Surveys
Set start and end times for your surveys directly from the Settings tab.

  • Limit Total Number of Responses
Set a maximum number of responses to automatically close the form when it’s full—first come, first served.

  • Customizable Webhooks
Customize the webhook payload (headers and body) for more flexible integrations.

  • Disqualification Webhook
Receive notifications or trigger actions when a respondent is disqualified using webhooks.
