Automatically upload the file to Google Drive upon submission of the response.

✏️ You can automatically upload attachments to Google Drive when a response is submitted, including attachments, through Zapier integration.


  1. After accessing Zapier, click [Create] - [Zaps].


  2. Select Walla for Block 1 and Google Drive for Block 2.


  3. Connect your Walla account to Block 1.

    • Trigger Event: New Response

    • Account: Walla account where the project to be integrated is located


  4. Select the project you want to integrate.


  5. Connect your Google account to Block 2.

    • Action Event: Upload File

    • Account: Google Drive account where the file will be uploaded


  6. Enter upload details.

    • Drive: Google Drive where the file will be uploaded

    • Folder: Folder where the file will be saved

    • File: Select the "File" field from Walla

    • Convert to Document: False (If set to True, a Docs file containing the uploaded file will be saved.)

    • File Name: Name of the file to be saved. You can select from the fields or enter it manually.

    • File Extension: Extension attached to the end of the file name. You can select from the fields or enter it manually.


  7. Test the configured Zap.

    • You can skip the test and proceed by clicking Skip Test.

  8. Click Publish to save the final settings.


  9. Your Zap is ready.


  10. Submit a response with a file attached to the project.


  11. The submitted file will be automatically saved to Google Drive.
