Data Fields: Location Record, Photo Capture, File, Video Capture

✏️ Activating [Required Input] means that the respondent must answer the question.
✏️ [Page Break] is a feature that allows you to divide pages in vertical view.
✏️ Sensitive information can easily be hidden through [Data Masking].
✏️ If you want to pull the previous question's response into the current question, try using the response piping feature.
  1. Location Record Field: You can collect the respondent's location data (latitude and longitude coordinates).

    • When using the location record field to collect responses, you must obtain the user's consent for location data collection. Use Walla's provided "Personal Information Collection and Use Consent" field to quickly and neatly gather consent.

⚠️ If respondents see the error message: "Error: User denied Geolocation. Please enable location access and refresh the page," they need to activate the location service on their mobile device and browser to proceed with the survey.

  2. Photo capture field: You can collect photos taken in real-time by the respondent.

    • You can add an image in the description box to provide guidelines for the photo the respondent should take.

  3. File field: The respondent can upload files.

    • There are limits to the file size you can upload depending on the plan. Please refer to the details here.

    • The Free plan allows uploads up to 15MB, while the Pro and Enterprise plans allow up to 500MB.

    • For the Pro plan, you can use the [Total Storage Settings] feature to allow respondents to upload files that are smaller than 500MB.

    • Currently, the feature to upload multiple files at once is not supported. Please upload only one file per field.
