✒️Editor’s Note

There are various ways to collect customer data, such as hosting events or conducting satisfaction surveys. Many companies also collect customer data through Google Forms. However, the features provided by Google Forms are limited, so employees have to use various services back and forth. They create Google Forms, distribute them via email, purchase gift certificates, and constantly check responses on Google Forms. Eventually, they transfer the data to spreadsheets for analysis. This workflow consumes a lot of time and effort, and employees often feel exhausted. "There are many good services that can replace Google Forms, but it's not easy to replace the forms that our company has been using for years." Today, I've written this article for those who feel this way.

How to Replace Google Forms with Walla Forms in 3 Seconds

First, prepare the Google Form you have been using. Copy the link to this form and go to Walla.

Click the plus button on the Walla homepage. You can choose between two options when creating a new project, and today, we'll click on "Google Form."

In the link input field, paste the form you copied earlier and click the "Import" button. If you select "Receive responses with Google Form," responses will also be collected in the Google Form you were using.

And there you have it! The Google Form has been successfully imported into Walla Forms. Details such as required responses and response confirmation are also imported. When you check the logic, you can see that it has been imported perfectly.

Now, let me tell you a few important points. Walla Forms does not import background images, description images, or file upload questions from Google Forms. Also, Google Forms that require login may have limitations on importing. Other than that, you are free to use it as you like.

How about it? Why don't you invest just 3 seconds to transform your Google Form into a cool and efficient Walla Form?
